Hi, everyone! God made me into a non-stuffy English teacher for 8 years with an English Master's at Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, where I learned to write well; a sales manager for 3 years, where I learned to rejoice in God's blessings and to struggle as he withheld his blessings and as he then prepared me to go back to school for 4 years to become a pastor of 7 churches; and now an author of Christian books in my retirement from the ministry. I now see God's overall plan for my life.
Anyway, now I have almost completed a revision of my first finished, as-yet-unpublished book with the title Doubting? Contact Doubtbusters! I've enjoyed writing this most-unusual book, for which I received the idea on a summer night in '07, not 1907--I'm old, but not that old:)! However, though I may be old in body (it reminds me of that fact every day!), I'm still young at heart!
I created this blog to talk with any of you who wish to be open and honest in your ideas and feelings about faith, doubt, Christian beliefs, unbelief, the church, God, Jesus--whatever bugs you, iritates you, or gives you joy about the Bible's amazing God and his church.
Let's keep our language clean and respectful, because that kind of language is pleasing to God.
